You may be required to complete a successful Background Check. If you have not done this, you will be required to complete a Personal Risk Assessment and Fair Credit Reporting Act Form.
Six (6) years of combined education and experience in electrical and electronic field. This would consist of:
(a) the equivalent of technical training received in an Associate Degree program in Electronics Engineering Technology with advance studies in industrial electrical and electromechanical controls and digital systems control logic;
(b) Four (4) years of practical experience in maintenance of industrial electrical-electromechanical- electronic control equipment, which must include one year of electric power substation apparatus maintenance experience, involving testing of power transformers, testing and repair of power circuit breakers, and electrical insulation system testing and repair;
(c) Two (2) years of experience in testing, calibrating and repairing protective relay devices and revenue meters. Must be capable of satisfactorily interpreting electrical schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams and control logic.
Tri-State may require you to demonstrate that you can perform the essential job functions.
