Position Title: Jetter Operator

Essential Functions:

The Jetter Operator is responsible in directing the operation of the Jetter Truck. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating high-pressure jetting equipment to clean, maintain, and inspect pipes and drainage systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Operate high-pressure jetting equipment to clean pipes, sewers, and drainage systems.
•Operate Jetter truck and equipment in a safe and professional manner
•Set up and inspect grounding and/or bonding procedures for Jetter Operation
•Inspect and maintain jetting equipment to ensure optional performance and safety.
•Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during operation
•Perform Pre and post trip inspections, as well as routine Maintenance
•Communicate effectively with team members, supervisor, and client
•Complete all required paperwork properly and within set time line
•Assist with other related tasks as needed
Success Factors:
•Knowledge of basic underground utilities
•Skilled in Operating heavy equipment and machines proficiently and safely
•Ability to use time and equipment to complete projects on time
•Mapping and Print Reading
•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
•Strong Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with jetting equipmen
•Strong Communication Skills
•Ability to work in all weather conditions
Experience and Education:
•Valid State Driver License with clean driving record; CDL preferred
•Previous experience as a Jetting Operator or in a similar role.
Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:
•Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver’s License is required within two weeks of employment.
•Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
