Job Summary – IT Help Desk Support

We are seeking a talented and motivated Systems Developer to join our dynamic Application Development Team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable enterprise applications and APIs using Microsoft technologies. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical systems that support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET MVC / MVC Core, Web API and C#

- Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs to support internal and external system integrations.

- Utilize API testing and development tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar platforms to ensure robust and reliable integrations.

- Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries

- Implement responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern frameworks and DevExpress controls

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions

- Participate in code reviews, Improvements, testing, and deployment activities

- Optimize performance, Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner

Qualifications

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with .NET MVC / MVC Core, Web API and C#

- Strong experience in API development and integration

- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)

- Solid understanding of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)

- Experience with DevExpress controls is a strong asset

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Experience with the Azure cloud platform and Agile/Scrum methodologies is considered an asset

- Experience utilizing GitHub workflow for repositories, branch changes and task completion is considered an asset
