POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a platform company, QGS is responsible for providing IT services to our employees, affiliated operating companies, joint venture partners, and subcontractors. The IT Service Delivery Manager will participate in the development of and oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet agreed-upon service levels, align with business objectives, and drive customer satisfaction. This role involves managing local staff as well as service provider relationships, optimizing internal processes, and fostering strong relationships with the business while ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
•Act as primary responsible party for ensuring that Infrastructure and Application services are meeting the requirements of the business by helping to develop and enforce SLAs with our Service Providers and Customers while remaining compliant with NIST 800-171 controls.
•Responsible for system administration and new deployments of Project Management (Kahua) and ERP (Deltek CostPoint) platforms, coordinating with vendors acting as SME’s.
•Oversight of overall technical health and performance of Deltek CostPoint ERP (On-Prem / Azure IaaS) and Kahua (SaaS).
•Manage access and process controls as well as providing guidance, training, and end-user support (Level 1 & 2) on core functionality.
•Lead the evaluation, escalation, and resolution of defects with the systems.
•Acquire and maintain knowledge of core business processes.
•Interact with senior leadership, finance & operations teams, and end users to understand business requirements and contribute creative ideas and enhancements to the platforms.
•Help develop, modify, and maintain dashboarding and reporting capabilities.
•Ownership of end user compute, and mobile device standards and compliance.
•Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, resolutions, and asset inventory.
•Develop and enforce security and compliance processes in support of SOX and CMMC quarterly and annual audit requirements.
•Manage, mentor, and develop Service Desk staff.
•Organize new acquisition and internal re-organization efforts to transition affiliated OpCo’s into GCC High tenant.
•Oversee field operations and job site technology requirements.
•Participate in selection, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of ticketing system acting as primary platform owner.
•Adhere to strict internal change control polices.
•Identify opportunities for and assist with implementation of automation to improve efficiency and consistency of business processes.
What You’ll Bring:
Required Education and Experience
•10+ years of experience supporting infrastructure and applications in a medium to large company.
•3+ years of managing MSP’s and MSSP’s.
•3+ years of project management experience.
•3+ years of SOX and/or CMMC Compliance.
•Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, & Entra ID.
•Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Networking, Servers, & Hypervisors
•Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Education and Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in related field.
•3+ years of people management.
•1+ years of reporting and dashboarding.
•1+ years of M&A Integration/Divestiture, or internal business unit re-organization.
•SharePoint and Power Automate.
Preferred Licenses/Certifications
•Microsoft Server, Azure, etc.
•Cisco or other networking technology
•VMWare or other hyper-visor technology
