As part of its development, Artemyn seeks an IT Global coordinator, a key role in the strategic and operational management of IT projects.
As a strategic support to the IT VP, the IT global coordinator will oversee the overall progress of IT projects, ensuring alignment with objectives. This position requires a holistic vision and direct involvement in areas such as security, infrastructure, networks, BI and applications. The IT global coordinator plays a pivotal role in project coordination, consolidating strategic information, and advising the IT VP on risks and potential impacts. This position requires strong autonomy, excellent analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Regional Coordinator
to oversee and coordinate all IT activities across our North American operations. This critical role will be the central point of contact for IT support and infrastructure initiatives in the region, ensuring our systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently to empower our local teams.

Act as the primary IT liaison for all North American sites, coordinating with local teams, global IT, and external vendors.
Manage and optimize IT support operations, ensuring timely resolution of user issues, adherence to SLAs, and high user satisfaction. This includes coordinating helpdesk activities and local IT resources.
Oversee the maintenance, monitoring, and local implementation of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, workstations, and peripherals across North American sites.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of global IT projects within the North American region, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption. This includes managing local project timelines, resources, and communication.
Coordinate with third-party IT service providers and vendors for local support, hardware, software, and infrastructure needs.
Ensure adherence to global IT security policies and procedures, assisting with local audits and promoting best practices for data protection and system integrity.
Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets within the region, managing their lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
Provide input and support for regional IT budgeting and cost management activities.
Act as the bridge between global IT initiatives and regional requirements, communicating updates, changes, and policies effectively to local stakeholders.
