Pay Range: $96,774.15 - $138,248.79

Austin Utilities is seeking a mid–senior level IT Network & Systems Administrator to support and secure our IT and industrial control system (ICS) environments. This is a FULLY ON‑SITE position in Austin, MN—ideal for candidates who thrive in hands‑on, collaborative environments.

What You’ll Do

- Manage LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, cloud, and voice/video networks

- Administer firewalls, switches, routers, and ICS‑security devices

- Lead cybersecurity monitoring & incident response

- Support SCADA/PLC networks

- Provide Tier 3 support and partner across departments

What You Need

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience

- 5+ years network administration experience

- Strong networking, firewall, VoIP & cybersecurity skills

- Preferred: ICS/SCADA experience, CCNA, GICSP, Security+, Network+
