To join our team as an IT Project Manager. As an IT Project Manager, you establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, set project quality and performance standards, and assess and manage risk within, and across, multiple projects.

•

Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation

•

Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones

•

Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project

•

Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy

•

Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected

•

Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes

•

Structure and manage integrated, multi-track project performance tools

•

Develop and maintain partnerships with outside resources—including third-party vendors and researchers

•

Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

•

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field

•

Hands-on experience with performing various IT related functions, including system, infrastructure and platform administration

•

3-5 years of project management and related experience

•

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

•

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices including agile and scrum

•

Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

•

Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

•

Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

•

Proven success working with all levels of management

Target Compensation

$83,000 - $105,000 / year

Compensation Range

$83,000.00 - $124,600.00Currency

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
