As a Lab Technician, you will be hands-on from day one, supporting our internal partners in
being the first responder for device fulfillment requests and collecting data on devices for our
asset management system. You will also support our external partners with the delivery of our
company's hardware that enables testing. By helping manage both the testing spaces
and the assets within those spaces, you will gain practical working experience with streaming
media devices, asset management software, device procurement and so much more. There is
ample opportunity to become more technical as well, and it's something that we encourage
● Respond promptly to device requests, managing tasks such as coordinating
international shipments and retrieving devices from warehouse inventory for
engineers, while maintaining clear and consistent communication with requesters
● Device management and organization of over 12,000 devices throughout the
Build and maintain custom test lab hardware to meet requested specifications and
● Collaborate with stakeholders to design, set up, and manage demo environments,
including selecting appropriate devices, assembling setups, and efficiently breaking
down and returning assets to inventory after use.
● Process end-of-life (EOL) hardware and assets, facilitating RMA returns with partners
or arranging compliant disposal in accordance with partner agreements.
● Refinement of the inventory life-cycle, defining criteria on device lifecycle.
● Configure and prepare devices for certification or demonstration.

Confidence in configuring electronics - Smart TVs, Set Top Boxes, mobile devices.
● The ability to lift up to 50 lbs of equipment.
● Comfortable driving a large van and safely securing devices to prevent damage.
● Basic network/audio & video troubleshooting and installation skills.
