The Support Technician supports the day-to-day technology needs of the organization with a focus on configuring and deploying end-user devices such as laptops and iPads. Under the supervision of IT staff, the Support Technician will assist with setting up new devices, applying standard configurations, troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues, and supporting end users as needed. - Configure and deploy laptops and iPads according to company standards
- Install operating systems, software applications, updates, and security patches
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of hardware, operating systems, and common business applications
- Support imaging, user setup, and mobile device management (e.g., Microsoft Intune)
- Organize and maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation
- Respond to internal service requests and escalate issues as needed
- Assist IT team members with larger projects and initiatives as assigned
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment for device staging and repairs
- Provide professional, courteous support to end users across departments
- Currently pursuing a degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with Windows and iOS operating systems
- Basic understanding of networking and software installation
