Job Title: Financial Contract Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Contract Analyst to support financial administration, contract compliance, and vendor relationship management within the IT department. This role is based onsite in Montgomery, AL, and offers the opportunity for contract extension based on performance and project needs.
Key Responsibilities
•Administer financial processes related to vendor contract management.
•Review and validate vendor invoices, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues with service providers.
•Monitor contract budgets, track variances, and recommend corrective actions.
•Allocate costs across departments and conduct audits to ensure compliance with contract terms.
•Perform cost-benefit analyses and support the development of business cases for vendor services.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
•3–5 years of financial management experience, preferably within IT or a technology-focused environment.
•Proven experience supporting outsourcing or vendor contracts.
•Ability to work on projects varying in size and complexity under general supervision.
•Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
Education
•Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
