Senior IT Business Analyst (Coeur Mining, Inc.; Chicago, IL): Coordinate and manage mining-related Information Technology (IT) project activities. Create status reports, budget risk assessments, project plans, schedules, and other documentation required for effective and comprehensive IT project controls. Understand core business objectives and translate business needs into a clear definition of IT requirements. Work with key members of various departments and the IT team to identify application issues, system enhancements, and new user requirements. Design and implement business process improvement strategies related to IT. Support mining business processes end-to-end to identify and address operational, human resources, and technological risks in the context of IT projects. Provide Oracle support with user administration, release management, license management. Provide support and user administration for mining applications to functional groups. Coordinate key internal IT controls and ensure they are followed properly. Troubleshoot and debug IT systems to ensure error-free functionality and end-user satisfaction. Act as liaison between IT and the internal business customer. Lead efforts to support and enhance business processes and IT systems to support supply chain and financial business functions and HR/PR systems. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.). The salary range is $110,000- $120,000 per year. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, & work location.
BONUS: Individuals in this position may be paid a discretionary bonus.

Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of work experience in the mining industry.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: (1) ERP components, including Data acquisition, ETL, and reporting to support cross-functional departments; (2) Reporting and analytics tools, including EIS, SQL, Oracle, ADP Workforce Now Reports, Tableau, and Alteryx; (3) Oracle applications within key module groups, including Financials, Supply Chain, EAM, and Oracle HR and Payroll; (4) Operational processes and procedure development and their application in a production environment; (5) HR technologies, including Oracle HR, ADP Workforce Now, ADP SASS, SAP SuccessFactors, Shareworks, Fortia, and SimplyWork; and (6) Mining technologies, including Seequent, Maptek, ESRI, Autodesk, and AcQuire.
Telecommuting may be permitted up to 3 days a week, depending on business need.
Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 15%.
Travel to various international locations required up to 15%.
