The IT Business Analyst II partners with business leadership to understand and clearly define their challenges and opportunities, and to recommend technology solutions that address them. They act as a liaison between the various internal and external stakeholders, and service providers, to drive change and implement technology solutions.

+ Database structures, data use, process inputs and outputs for his/her responsible functions + Business function’s policies, practices, procedures, and deliverables, supported by systems for which he/she is responsible + Technology trends and solutions in the market that may be leveraged to meet the organization’s goals
