This is a hybrid role reporting to the office 3 days per week and is based out of New Orleans, LA. There is no relocation assistance available for this posting.
The official job title will be IT Specialist II, IT Specialist - Sr, or IT Consultant depending on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
As a member of the Information Technology (IT) Performance Management team, this role supports the execution of our performance reporting strategy, focusing on the development, improvement and overall enhancement of our performance reporting capabilities. The role supports internal stakeholders within IT and Technology Business Services (TBS) and will solution and deliver reports that highlight various key performance indicators (KPIs) and IT Service Management (ITSM) fundamentals (e.g., incident management, asset management, CMDB, change management, etc.)
