We are seeking an organized and proactive Inventory & Supply Chain Coordinatorto join our team in Milton, ON.
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Oversee all shipping, receiving, and logistics functions.
•Support the creation and management of jobs in Epicor for service and project work, including issuing materials, physically picking parts from inventory, and closing jobs upon completion.
•Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, placing materials in stock, and recording locations in the ERP system.
•Support QMS compliance by maintaining accurate inventory records, participating in internal audits, and ensuring documentation and inventory aligns with quality standards.
•Promptly report, document, and resolve inventory discrepancies to minimize disruptions in service and projects.
•Perform cycle counts and regular inventory audits as required.
•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure shipping, receiving, and logistics schedules are met.
•Issue and receive purchase orders in support of service and project departments, as required.
•Actively participate in the RFQ and RFP process
•Follow up with vendors surrounding delivery timelines and item availability
•Source potential new vendors
•Assist with the annual inventory counts of all sites and 3rd party contractors
•Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain department.
•Complete regular pre-use inspections of material-handling equipment.
•Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
•Operate a forklift as required.
•Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications:
•Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
•Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain.
•Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Epicor is an asset.
•Proficiency in MS Office applications.
•A positive and proactive mindset are essential for continued success in this role
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
•Self-motivated, professional, and able to work with a sense of urgency.
•Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
•Strong interpersonal skills with clear verbal and written communication.
•Knowledge of current safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.
•Ability to perform physical tasks involving average to heavy materials (20–40 lbs).
•Forklift certification is an asset.
