The Inventory and Logistics Coordinator role is a vital role and serves key in the success of the team and its compliance in regard to HSE, Quality,
Performance, and Growth. This team member must have minimum of 36 months of working equipment knowledge in the oil and gas related field or a mechanically related work history with the same time line. Strong team skills are required in developing an effective, successful, and efficient support structure in a demanding environment with minimal guidance. The individual in this role must demonstrate the ability to work through tough situations while overcoming obstacles on countless occasions in a demanding environment.
The ability to inspect, identify and correct flawed equipment in accord with the companys quality management system, in a timely manner while ensuring the customers specifications as well as the company and industry standards are met without exceptions is a requirement that cannot be over stated.
Billable: This roles target utilization rate is 75%
Documentation: Accurately and honestly complete and submit paperwork associated with job task daily duties; (JSA, Safety Docs, FST, FNCR, REQ, Time Cards, etc.) in the set amount of time. Report any non-compliance of procedural action immediately to Supervisor or HR. Labeling or Stamping equipment in the proper manner that follows companys quality management system must be performed by this team member without exceptions.
Maintenance: Team Members are responsible for and required to inventory, maintain, and a log of all assets, both inventory and CP tems in accord with the companys quality management system.
Communication: Every BDS team member must have the ability to communicate with team members, customers, vendors, as well as the community in both written and verbal documentation. Assisting others team members in daily activities and job-related tasks approved by Quality and Production Team is required.
Safety: Team Members are required to perform his or her job duties in the safest way possible with a 100% accident free, 100% incident free target goal in accordance with the companys Safety Manual and companys quality management system.
Representative: All Bulldog Services LLP Team Members are acting representatives of the company and are required to professionally present, uphold, and solidify the representation and respect of our motto, Restoring Principles and Integrity One Connection at a Time at all times.
Physical Requirements: Frequent standing and lifting, Spends 60% of time in the facility / yard environment, 35% office environment 5% interacting with the vendor or customer..
Other Required Responsibilities: Valid driving record, meeting all minimum requirements. Lifting of equipment must be done in a manor in accordance with the company safety manual (max 30 lbs.), operate forklift (only if you have current forklift training certification, Overhead Crane operation, Operate Testing Equipment, Rigging, each of which will be completed in accordance with current training and Bulldog Services Safety Manual.
Other: Clothing items promoting or suggesting non-business-related propaganda are not allowed. Team members will conform to the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by BDS in compliance with OSHA regulations and directives. All team members are responsible for maintaining a safe work environment for oneself and others by following any and all posted and non-posted safety guidelines. Non-posted guidelines are found in the BDS safety manual. Team members are equired to travel for cycle counts, training and other business related functions. Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm are company business hours, however dependent on the workload and position you may be asked to perform outside of those hours. Service and Quality and Production Teams are on rotating 24/7 call. Employees are required to complete any pertinent duties by end of job if at all possible.
