The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for managing shipping/receiving, fulfilling field part requests, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting nonconformance processes under the supervision of a senior controller, manager.
Wage: Hourly Tiered based on experience
Education: High school diploma or GED required Experience: 0–3 years in purchasing, inventory control, shipping/receiving, or a related field
Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced shop environment.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Rotating weekend on-call requiredWork Location: Based in Midland shop; must be comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments with occasional loud noise
