The Inventory Accuracy Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the Service Center. This roles focus will be on maintaining targeted inventory accuracy metrics, efficient cycle counts, and investigating inventory discrepancies.
What can you expect from the job?
- 1st shift 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday
- Warehouse or yard environment with some office work.
- Exposure to the elements
- Ability to lift up to 51 pounds as needed.

- Moderately stressful and constantly changing work environment
- Valid driver’s license
- 18+ years old- Basic math skills
- Basic literacy for reading instructions and using hand tools
- Strong computer, tablet, or mobile devise skills
- Starting pay of $19.50 or based on experience

- Follow and enforce company safety policies and safe work practices at all times to ensure safety of self and others
- Responsible for overseeing the physical inventories, cycle counts, and receipt audits
- Monitor and report inventory accuracy targets and integrity goals through cycle counting
- Accuracy level for item, bin, and valuation
- Ensure audit procedures are being followed throughout the Service Center
- Material traceability
- Movement documentation
- Non-Conforming material (Rejections and Claims)
- Responsible for the integrity of the inventory system (SAP)
- Research inventory discrepancies and make necessary corrections
- Accuracy of all paperwork produced
- Train Service Center personnel in proper inventory control techniques and practices
- Coordinate and integrate efforts across operational department to enhance inventory accuracy
