Execute daily inventory control operations under the supervision of the Inventory Control Lead, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and maintenance of raw materials, works-in-process, and finished goods. This role supports efficient inventory management processes and contributes to the overall optimization of warehouse operations at Beaumont Manufacturing & Distribution.

· Perform accurate cycle counts and physical inventory counts as scheduled and directed by the Inventory Control Lead
· Maintain precise inventory records in ERP systems with attention to accuracy and timeliness
· Conduct regular inventory location verification and update location systems as needed
· Monitor stock levels and report shortages, surpluses, or discrepancies to the Inventory Control Lead
· Process inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and shipments
· Assist with loading and unloading shipments, verifying quantities and quality upon receipt
· Maintain organized warehouse areas and ensure proper storage of materials
· Collaborate with Quality Control to address inventory-related quality issues
· Support special inventory projects and process improvement initiatives
· Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work environment
· Foster strong relationships with Quality Control, Production, and Supply Chain to achieve goals.
· 1-3 years of experience in Inventory Control, Warehouse, or Related Field
· Experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP software preferred
· Strong attention to detail with ability to work accurately under pressure
· Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations
· Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, work orders, and inventory reports
· Attention to detail and commitment to thoroughness
· Team oriented with willingness to support colleagues
· Reliable with strong work ethic and punctuality
· Physical capability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
· Ability to stand for extended periods while conducting inventory checks
· Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with variable noise levels.
· Comfortable operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks
· Regular business hours with occasional overtime during high volume periods
