The PHMSA Compliance Department oversees the company’s compliance program related to Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) pipeline safety regulations (49 CFR Parts 190-199), as well as any applicable state regulations. Our responsibilities include facilitating inspections, conducting incident investigations, responding to enforcement actions, providing training, and overseeing the updates to relevant operations, maintenance, engineering and design, construction, and public awareness manuals.

- Assist with audit prep - reviewing records, procedures, SSP's and visiting field locations to confirm audit ready
- Helping fine tune the following processes:
- Agency inspections
- Enforcement response / status update
- Development of training/testing tools from the O&M procedures using AI.
- PHMSA rules and regulations
- How to collaborate with multiple departments
- Agency and O&M procedures
Student actively enrolled in an approved Bachelor of Engineering degree program with expected graduation date of December 2025-December 2028

Our internships are temporary full-time positions, in-person/remote hybrid at our Lakewood, CO. office. We will host our Summer 2026 interns from May-August for 10 weeks.
- Pay Range $23.22-$31.01USD hourly
- You may be eligible for a stipend to subsidize housing costs.
- The final pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and working location. The total compensation package for this role may also include overtime pay, paid time off, a housing stipend, and more.
