Insurance & Contract Specialist

Job Summary / General Purpose:

The Insurance & Contract Specialist (Insurance Coordinator) will work with our internal and external partners to limit, manage or mitigate liability and exposure. In this role, you will be reviewing insurance provisions within contracts and associated certificate of insurance (COI) for varying types of businesses and energy industry business segments; actioning surety bond requests and renewals as well as associated invoice management; incoming and outgoing insurance certificate requests; overseeing the COI expiration/cancellation processes; managing vehicle registrations; risk engineering data and process management; special projects as well as supporting our claims efforts. The insurance program is dynamic and evolving, which allows for professional development and growth.

This role is based in our Portsmouth, NH Corporate Office. It will be in-office at first with the possibility of hybrid work in the future.
