The role will be responsible for the full lifecycle of commercial contracts and insurance, including negotiation, compliance, risk mitigation, and renewals. You will also coordinate with internal teams, legal counsel, and brokers to ensure proper coverage, support acquisitions, and maintain contractual integrity across the business.

Responsibilities:

·        Ensure alignment of company insurance policies with operational growth and M&A activity

Required Qualifications:

·        5+ years of Contract Management

or related experience.

·        Previous experience with coordinating insurance renewals is considered a plus.

·        Detail-oriented, highly organized, with proven ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

·        3-5yrs Experience in contract administration, vendor management, or commercial risk roles

·        Strong working knowledge of contractual risks, including indemnification, insurance requirements, and limitation of liability clauses

·        Experience supporting or coordinating claims with brokers or insurance carriers

·        Excellent attention to detail and document control

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Operations, and third parties
