Our growing insulation division is looking to recruit hard-working individuals for our Crew Chief position. We install air sealing and insulation in residential homes throughout Eastern Mass.

An average day will consist of the crew meeting at the warehouse at 6:30 am. A crew is made up of a Crew Chief and 1-2 Technicians. The crew loads the truck with insulation materials for the day's work and heads out to the job. A typical job consists of insulating walls and attics to improve energy efficiency and comfort for our customers. When the job is complete the crew returns to the warehouse with the work truck.

~Current Crew Chief and Lead Safe certifications
