- Design and develop control systems for automated industrial processes, including configuration of VFDs, Remote I/O, and other Ethernet/IP devices.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with existing control system software and hardware.
- Troubleshoot, configure, and calibrate instrumentation such as Coriolis meters, mag meters, pressure transmitters, and radar transmitters.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with performance specifications and safety standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and technical support for control systems; provide training to maintenance and operations personnel.
- Utilize AutoCAD to develop and update electrical schematics and control panel drawings.
- Lead and coordinate efforts with the maintenance team to troubleshoot air-operated valves, motor control circuits, and other electrical issues.
- Coordinate and oversee work performed by electrical contractors to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
- EDUCATION: Bachelor of Science preferred, Associate’s degree required
- EXPERIENCE: 5 -7 years of experience, Microsoft Server and SQL server experience preferred
- TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:
- Proficient with Allen Bradley Studio 5000
- Proficient with Factory Talk View S.E and Factory Talk M.E
- Proficient with Wonderware Scada Software
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Microsoft and SQL Server experience preferred
- Microsoft C# experience preferred
- TRAVEL: 10%
