Metergy office location is in Markham but will be moving to North York in Fall 2026!

This position is unionized under Unifor Local 975.

Responsibilities:

- Administer metering Installation Inspection documentation

- Support PMs with assembly of SE04 packages

- Scheduling meter technicians and work

- Perform quality checks on controlled records and documentation and prepare installation inspection certificates

- Support Issuing Purchase Orders and process invoices for project managers

- Prioritize workload due to diversity of tasks which have varying levels of time sensitivities

- Mandatory position Level Testing when hiring new employees

- Support with contacting customers/site contacts for suite-access

- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings

- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of INS department

- Makes travel arrangements for staff such as booking hotels, flights, cars, restaurant reservations

- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

- Liaison between INS and MDM/OPS for monitoring and tracking partials (attachment meeting actions)

- Support PMs with EPIT/EPS updates and maintenance

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma

- Prior progressive experience in administration and/or scheduling is considered an asset

- Proficient computer skills in a variety of Microsoft applications

- Strong team player that creates key partnerships between teams

- Exceptional verbal and written communication

- Highly motivated, pro-active

- Excellent organizational skills required to manage numerous tasks on different projects at the same time

- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems is considered an asset
