Inside Sales Technician

Electralloy, a G. O. Carlson Inc. Company is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Technician at our Oil City, PA facility. This position is responsible for learning/understanding the customer product requirements, ensuring high customer satisfaction, building relevant price quotes, while gaining any competitive feedback and/or order preferences from the customer base.

The chosen candidate must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues amongst the inside sales team, outside sales managers and other departments/personnel within the organization.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in customer-facing roles, knowledge of stainless and/or nickel products and their applications. Knowledge of the Specialty Steel Industry is preferred, but not mandatory.

Applicant should have sales experience and must be proficient in Word, Excel & various software programs. Applicant must have high integrity and professionalism with excellent time management and organizational skills.
