The Inside Sales Specialist will drive first-touch engagement with production teams and artificial lift engineers. Using CRM-driven outreach, this individual will educate prospects on LPS capabilities and generate qualified meetings for the technical sales and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities • Execute outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) through CRM sequences • Educate prospects on rod lift failure reduction, EMI diagnostics, and production optimization • Qualify leads and uncover rod pumping or reliability pain points • Schedule technical follow-up meetings for engineers and field specialists • Maintain detailed tracking of leads and pipeline status in the CRM • Provide market feedback to sales leadership and engineering teams • Meet KPIs for outreach volume, response rate, and meetings booked
• 2+ years in inside sales, BDR/SDR, or customer outreach roles • Strong communication skills with ability to simplify technical topics • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) • Highly organized and self-driven, comfortable with high-cadence outreach • Preferred: oil & gas experience in artificial lift, rod pumping, or production
