Primary Job Function: To assist sales team in reporting and securing leads, educating clients on our products and services, scheduling sales appointments, and closing sales. The Sales Coordinator will act as a liaison between customer and the company, making sure that customer needs are met while maintaining a positive, productive open line of communication between the customer and all company departments.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two years related experience and/or training in customer service
- Ability to pass background check
- Able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and highly organized
- Energetic personality and team player
