Inside Sales Representative

Pacific Steel & Recycling in Nampa, Idaho is experiencing tremendous growth and is looking for a talented and ambitious Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. We are looking for a representative who has experience and expertise in steel quoting and order entry of stock and processing jobs, including leveled sheet, plate, bar & tubing, laser & plasma cutting, press brake & saw cutting. Inside sales responsibilities will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Responsibilities

- Understand customer needs and requirements

- Close sales and achieve monthly goals

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

- Team with outside sales and partners to build customer relationships.

- Must be able to pass a drug screening.

- Must have a valid driver’s license

- Must undergo background checks

Skills

- Proven inside sales and processing experience

- Track record of over-achieving quota

- Strong phone presence and experience taking dozens of incoming calls per day

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Ability to read and understand customer drawings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
