Inside Sales Representative

Beaver Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join our team!

Beaver Biodiesel is seeking Inside Sales Representatives to build relationships and canvass entities via phone with deep fryers to contract for the purchase of their used cooking oils. This role is technically a purchasing/business development role. There is no customer service or order taking in this position. No expectations to work holidays or long weekends.

Responsibilities:

- Making 200+ outbound calls a day

- Average 4 hours of talk time daily

- Building prospecting list

- Handwriting letters to prospects and closed sales

- Maintaining records of your sales for proper follow up

- Follow our sales cycle

About you:

- Minimum 5 years sales experience or 2 years of telemarketing experience.

- The ability to follow the entire sales process from prospecting to close.

- B2B experience is a plus.

- A can-do attitude. Making 200 calls/day isn’t for everyone, and we get that.

- The ability to learn our industry and talking points.

- Excellent communication skills

- Organization skills

- Familiar with Microsoft Office

- Bonus if you are bilingual and are fluent in any of the following languages: Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, Cantonese, Hindi/Bengali.

This role is onsite in Hamilton, ON from 8:00am - 5:00pm

Wages and Benefits:

- Base pay of $25.00/hour

- Sales bonuses on every new contract if you hit metrics.

- Residual bonuses paid on oil collections if you hit metrics.

- Reps should make 1x to 2x their base in bonuses for hitting metrics.

- A person who is motivated can easily earn over six figures.
