POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results driven Inside Retention Sales Specialist to join our team at Senske Family of Companies (SFC). The retention specialist is a member of the customer success team whose responsibility includes solving customer problems and applying innovative ways to retain existing customers. The retention specialist has the specific responsibility of reducing customer churn and mitigating lost revenue.
