Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated , results-driven and experienced Inside Sales Representative with at least 4 years experience to sell metal fabrication products & services in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales through effective communication and negotiation skills. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate leads and set appointments.

- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and update account information.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.

- Negotiate terms of sales agreements effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Provide product knowledge and support to customers throughout the sales process.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Skills

- Previous 4 years experience in inside sales and business development for metal fabrication services

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively.

- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
