What We Need from You as an Inside Sales Rep

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Inside Sales Representative to help us grow. You’ll talk with current and new customers, answer questions, take orders, and help make sure we’re providing exactly what people need.

What this Inside Sales Rep position does:

•

Take and place orders from customers by phone or email

•

Build relationships with customers so they come back to us again and again

•

Answer questions about our products, pricing, and availability

•

Track sales and follow up on leads and opportunities

•

Help solve issues if a customer has a problem or concern

•

Work with our team to make sure orders are accurate and delivered on time

•

Use sales tools and software to keep track of customers and orders

Requirements:

•

At least 5 years of sales experience in waterworks, plumbing, or industrial sectors.

•

Proficiency in using technology to enter orders and manage customer information within a digital environment.

•

Educational minimum: G.E.D. or higher.

•

Residency in Waco, TX, or willingness to relocate.
