Qualifications and Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or older.

- Must have a Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

- 1 year of prior sales experience and asset, in Water, Solar, Energy, Pest control, Cable, Mortgages, or Home Security system, roofing, renovations, etc.

- Positive High energy, integrity, motivated and 100% committed to our teachings and trainings.

- Strong work ethic, dependable, a self-starter and able to work as a team.

-Teachable and coachable.

- Excellent communication skills with a positive and engaging demeanor.

Responsibilities:

- Generate new residential leads, sales opportunities, and close self-generated leads as well as company-generated leads.

- Manage entire sales process from origination to ensuring customers are thrilled with us (customers make the best referrals!)

- Effectively manage your assigned territory, strategizing routes and scheduling appointments to maximize productivity and meet sales targets.

- Potential to build a Team, and be a leader for the organization
