Yellowstone PFF Canada is looking for an energetic, positive individual to assist our team. This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM. This is an entry-level position within our sales team with room for advancement. The successful candidate for this role is expected to be trained in both sales and operational aspects of the organization while working in a fast-paced environment. Yellowstone is a worldwide leader in the manufacturing and distribution of critical application fittings, flanges, pipe, and related products.
- Reviewing Customer requests and providing quotes in both French and English
- Order entry and paperwork processing.
- Customer PO review
- Answering phones and directing calls accordingly
- Ensuring orders are processed correctly and in a timely manner
- Prioritization of order entry duties
- Work closely with Operations staff to expedite and track orders
- Administrative tasks and day to day office work. Filing, scanning, etc
- Excellent customer service skills

- High school or equivalent
- Post secondary of any type is an asset
- Flange and fitting knowledge is an asset
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Word
- Bilingual (French/English)
Starting wage is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
