Bilingual Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (French/English)

Centrally located in Toronto, Canada, Viscor is a division of Leviton Manufacturing's Lighting Business Unit operating in Canada for over 70 years. We are actively seeking a talented Bilingual Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (French/English) Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for sales and service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | Responsabilités principals

- Handle, manage and respond to telephone and email customer inquiries in both French and English

- Provide product information, pricing and availability

- Prepare quotes and enter sales orders into ERP System

- Provide support to Outside Sales Representatives and Agency partners

- Help to coordinate lighting projects for sales representatives from order entry to delivery, including the monitoring of timelines and deliverables

- Ensure accurate documentation and communication to relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

- Responds to concerns, issues, or complaints from customers/agents and helps resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction

- Cross-reference competitors’ product/catalog codes with Viscor's products as may be required

- Participates in product training sessions

- Occasional coverage of other customer accounts as required due to vacation or other absences

QUALIFICATIONS | Qualifications

- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)

- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or project coordination

- Experience in the lighting, electrical, or manufacturing industry is an asset

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
