BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ability to handle heavy bilingual customer service
Ability to handle heavy customer volume (phone calls, drive-through, online)
Daily balancing of cash drawer
General filing and scanning
Miscellaneous projects as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
Must be fluent in Spanish
Excellent attendance and punctuality is REQUIRED
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
Two (2) years minimum in a Customer Service environment
One (1) year minimum cash handling experience
Proficient with 10-key by touch
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Ability to adapt to new and changing technology
Must exhibit patience and attentiveness towards customers
Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
Problem solving skills
Attention to detail
Willingness to learn
Time management skills
Ability to multi-task
Use positive language
Ability to handle stressful situations, including upset customers

Required experience:
•2 years Minimum in Customer Service environment
•1 year cash handling experience
