Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and bilingual Sales Agent to join our team in Otay Mesa. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors. While prior sales experience is preferred, a strong desire to grow in a sales career is just as valuable.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with vendors and clients in both Spanish and English to understand and fulfill their needs.

- Use Microsoft Outlook to manage emails, keep clients informed, and follow up with vendors.

- Generate quotations and maintain accurate records within the company’s CRM system.

- Interpret requests for quotes (RFQs) from clients, solicit additional details, and propose tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales objectives and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management), Microsoft Word and Excel

- General computer literacy, including familiarity with document processing, internet research, file organization, and CRM tools.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and customer-centric demeanor.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, while collaborating with established workplace protocols.

- Proven sales experience or a strong willingness to grow within a sales role.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service.

- Familiarity with industrial parts/sales.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
