We are seeking a
seasoned Inside Sales Managerto join our leadership team and backfill a key role as our current Inside Sales leader transitions into a Director role. This is a rare opportunity to lead, develop, and scale a high-performing sales team inside one of the fastest-growing companies in our sector.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives, driving performance and accountability.
- Build and execute sales strategies to grow revenue, expand market share, and achieve aggressive growth targets.
- Develop training programs to strengthen fastener product knowledge, quoting efficiency, and customer engagement skills across the sales team.
- Partner with executive leadership to align sales efforts with company goals, including entry into aerospace and defense markets.
- Maintain a hands-on approach with key accounts, assisting with complex quotes, negotiations, and customer relationship management.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze sales performance, and implement continuous improvement processes.
- Foster a culture of urgency, teamwork, and solution-oriented customer service.- 5+ years of inside sales management experience
in
fastener manufacturing, distribution, or related industrial supply sectors
.
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Deep technical understanding of threaded products, bolts, fasteners, and related components.
- Strong business acumen with experience in high-volume quoting and order fulfillment environments.
- Ability to balance leadership with hands-on involvement in customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
- ISO 9001 experience and familiarity with aerospace/defense compliance standards a strong plus.- Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus
