The general purpose for the Inside Sales/Rental Customer Service Representative position is to help grow the divisions revenue and profit by handling all communication with customers looking for information on JM Test equipment sales or rental. This will include all aspects of Sales and Customer Service, such as quoting, sourcing equipment, processing orders, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Training and Experience: Inside Sales or Customer Service experience in the Oil and Gas Industry is highly desirable for this critical position in sales/rental and customer service. However, experience in other industries is acceptable as well. (See Internal Training outline appended to this job description.)
Abilities Required: Requires excellent customer service skills, interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal), and organizational skills. Must be able to establish and develop relationships with customers and vendors. Should be able to learn quickly, work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and respond to customers with a sense of urgency. Will need basic computer skills, as well as experience in Microsoft Office.
