Inside Customer Service Representative

Family company looking to add a warm friendly face to the team. Looking for someone willing to learn and looking to grow. This position will pay more for experience in the cutting tool industry or machining background. This is a small company, so you do wear multiple hats at times. Job consists of answering emails, phone calls and in person sales teams requests for quotes and follow ups. This will include processing orders, based on knowledge picking out tools, quoting and follow ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.78 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
