What You'll Do Every Day:
•Your role as the friendly internal account coordinator for chosen clientele
•Stimulate growth by cultivating new clients and elevating existing relationships
•Master the art of consultative selling and clinch deals
•Enhance your knowledge of both our products and the industry at large
•Prepare quotes, ensure accurate order processing, and facilitate the sales and distribution flow
•Share invaluable sales insights with district management and external sales team
•Champion on-time, top-quality delivery of customer orders
•Collaborate with departments to swiftly address and resolve any delivery or product discrepancies
•Deliver tailored customer service that champions satisfaction
•Lend a supportive hand to fellow Inside Sales Representatives when called for.
Your Core Qualifications:
•Over 2 years in a sales role, preferably within the steel industry
•Exceptional communication—oral, written, and presentational prowess
•Driven, competitive, with a zest for self-improvement
•Strong rapport-building skills
•Ideally, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent through training and experience.
•Upon offer of employment, candidates must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
