Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate key initiatives across our technology landscape. This role places a strong emphasis on workshop facilitation, documentation accuracy, and process adherence. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing cross-functional IT projects and skilled in turning collaborative sessions into structured, actionable outcomes. You will serve as a central point of accountability for planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and document project-related workshops, including discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Translate workshop discussions into deliverables such as action plans, user stories, process maps, and detailed requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with defined milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Track project progress, anticipate and manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
• Maintain project documentation including agendas, meeting minutes, decision logs, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status reports.
• Provide timely and transparent updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, documentation, and communication practices.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, and external vendors to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and expectations.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for assigned workstreams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects, ideally within a structured PMO environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and document effective workshops and translate outputs into actionable deliverables. • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in documentation and time management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet.
Preferred Certifications (Not Required): • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe)
