This IT Project Manager role reports directly to the Area General Manager.
The position serves as a critical liaison and change agent between the Global Information Management (IM) team and local teams across one or more sites.
Acting as an internal consultant, the IT Project Manager collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and business partners to implement and optimize global IM service models and solutions—ensuring alignment with local business needs and regulatory requirements.
The role requires balancing functionality and cost by presenting solution alternatives within the global IM framework. It is responsible for ensuring seamless end-to-end IM processes while maintaining a strong focus on cost efficiency.
Success in this role demands excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Location and Work Schedule:
This position is based in Houston and follows a phased hybrid work model. During the initial onboarding period—approximately the first 90 days to 6 months—the role will require full-time, on-site presence to support training, collaboration, and team integration. After this period, the position will transition to a hybrid schedule, with an expectation of working in the office three days per week.
