The Business Technology Analyst I role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to learn and grow in a supportive, hands-on environment. Analysts at this level gain experience in analyzing business processes, supporting enterprise application platforms, building business intelligence reports, and implementing system configurations—all while developing technical skills and a strong understanding of business operations. You’ll work alongside experienced team members, helping to extend platform functionality, automate workflows, and deliver meaningful insights to stakeholders.

At the Analyst II and Senior Analyst levels, you’ll take on greater responsibility in designing and delivering solutions. You'll lead process mapping efforts, support platform optimization, and collaborate with business partners to align technology with strategic goals. Analysts in these roles play a key part in ensuring operational reliability, configuring business systems, and delivering insightful reports that drive productivity and informed decision-making across departments.

If you’re an experienced technology professional, the Principal Business Technology Analyst level offers a chance to lead high-impact work across business units.
