Are you ready for a new opportunity?

We’re looking for a Maintenance Aide to support our maintenance team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

- Assist Maintenance Technicians with routine repairs and preventative maintenance

- Help clean, inspect, and maintain production and facility equipment

- Perform basic mechanical tasks (lubrication, part replacement, adjustments)

- Organize tools, parts, and maintenance areas

- Support equipment changeovers and production needs

- Follow all safety, food safety (GMP), and OSHA guidelines

- Communicate equipment issues to the maintenance team

What We’re Looking For

- High school diploma or GED

- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

- Comfortable using basic hand tools

- Ability to work around industrial equipment

- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

- Manufacturing or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
