Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Health and Safety Specialist to join our team during a critical phase of facility development. This role will focus exclusively on occupational safety and health (OSH) in an industrial environment and will play a key role in building and implementing OSHA-compliant programs for a new nuclear fuel fabrication facility.

During the first two years, the position will be heavily focused on writing and implementing safety procedures and compliance programs to support safe facility design, start-up, and operations. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the company’s safety culture and establish foundational safety programs that will influence operations for years to come. After the initial development phase, responsibilities will transition to supporting ongoing day-to-day safety operations.

Work Site Expectations: 5 days a week in office

Travel: 10%

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri

Compensation

Individual candidates who meet the job requirements for the posted position will be offered a salary within this range based on their respective levels of education/training, experience, and other qualifications unique to them. Salary ranges may vary based on the specific office location and region referenced in the posting to take into consideration differences in cost of living and may not be reflective of all regions. A reasonable estimate for this position at the level of experience required is:

$97,020 - $123,970
