Starting Rate of pay: $25.65- $37.70/hour
Shifts Available and Hours: Day and Night shift available
Monday- Friday 6am-2pm; Monday- Friday 10pm- 6am
Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential
Job Responsibilities:
•Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance for all calibration, survey, and combustion maintenance activities.
•Review and verify completion of planned work orders related to process control, calibration, and combustion systems.
•Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to optimize combustion equipment performance and ensure NFPA 86 compliance.
•Conduct process control tuning, thermal uniformity surveys, calibrations, and system accuracy tests to meet QA standards.
•Diagnose and resolve combustion and process control issues using specialized tools and technologies.
•Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing, repair, and evaluation procedures.
•Promote a safe work environment through adherence to safety policies and support of housekeeping and organizational standards.
Education and Experience Requirements:
•An Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Technical Degree or certificate equivalent with 1 year of applicable experience or 3 years’ applicable experience in an industrial or related setting with a technical background in industrial electrical, electromechanical, combustion and process control systems.
•Candidate will be required to successfully complete knowledge and skills assessments and participate in training initiatives to maintain and improve skills in required time frames
•Strong ability to read, comprehend and interpret schematics, loop drawings, P&ID’s and other technical resource manuals
•Self-motivated with strong problem solving skills capable of effectively and efficiently troubleshooting complex combustion, process control loops and other instrument device failures with a strong attention to detail.
•Software knowledge base skills and the ability to perform calculations and conversions.
