Industrial Assistant Operator

The compensation for this position will be commensurate with education or work experience.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

- Sets up and operates various types of cleaning equipment, including high-pressure pumps, hydro-blasting

- systems, and vacuum units, in line with operational guidelines, training, and safety procedures.

- Completes all safety paperwork and complies with all operational training, guidelines, and operational procedures including the use of personal protective equipment

- Works safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and heavy industrial settings (i.e. refineries, Power plants, etc.).

- Performs manual cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as installing, fitting, and repairing valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, and other tank equipment.

- - Assists in equipment inspections and ensure the work area is safe before starting any job, reporting any deficiencies to the supervisor.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

- High School diploma or equivalent.

- Valid Driver’s License.

- Must be able to travel for extended periods of time.

- Ability to perform duties in accordance with training and standard operating procedures
