Trident Environmental is a leading Hydrovac services provider in the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland, British Columbia, and known for our safety-first approach, industry expertise, and commitment to excellence. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and knowledgeable Sales Representative with experience in the Hydrovac or civil construction industry to help us expand our client base and deepen existing relationships.
What You'll Do:
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, municipalities, and utility providers
•Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
•Provide accurate quotes and clearly communicate our scope of services
•Represent Trident at industry events, site visits, and client meetings
•Track sales activity and maintain records in CRM software
•Collaborate with operations to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction
•Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings
What We're Looking For:
•2+ years of experience in sales within Hydrovac, civil construction, utilities, or related field
•Strong understanding of Hydrovac services, safety protocols, and excavation challenges
•Proven ability to build and manage client relationships
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
•Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
•Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed
