Qualifications:

•

Experience as an HVAC supervisor or superintendent in new construction

•

Experience in large-scale residential or commercial/multifamily projects

•

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

•

Proficiency in installing HVAC units in new residential construction

•

Experience managing subcontractors and maintaining relationships with general contractors and internal customers

•

Strong communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus

•

Good organizational skills and technical proficiency with software like ProCore and eSub for bids, submittals, etc.

•

Experience in planning, coordinating crews, and monitoring performance

•

Knowledge of HVAC duct configurations, airflow impact, equipment installation, and operations manuals

•

Experience with sheet metal, duct board, and flexible duct systems

•

Understanding of HVAC start-up procedures and troubleshooting

•

Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

•

Oversee the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems in multi-family new construction projects, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and quality standards

•

Utilize construction management software like ProCore and Bluebeam to track project progress, manage budgets, and coordinate with subcontractors

•

Lead and supervise a team of workers to ensure efficient and timely project completion

•

Manage construction contracts, review terms, negotiate agreements, and ensure adherence to project timelines

•

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for HVAC installations

•

Estimate construction costs, monitor budgets, and implement cost-saving measures

•

Implement quality control measures to ensure HVAC system performance and longevity

•

Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and resources effectively

•

Communicate effectively with bilingual team members and stakeholders in English and Spanish

•

Travel to project sites to oversee on-site activities
